Eliminating strategic blind spots in high-value B2B executive sales.

A centralized relationship-intelligence hub built for C-suite executives and Senior Account Managers handling large budgets. The platform solves the "institutional memory" problem by mapping complex B2B networks and identifying strategic paths to a sale. I designed the information architecture to prioritize "Signal vs. Noise," ensuring 1:1 usability for time-poor executives with zero tolerance for onboarding.

Process

Efficiency Audit: Logged "Time-to-Insight" to identify where institutional memory was lost during sales handoffs (time-to-value metric).

User co-creation: Run several workshops where the product was built and tested with end-users.

Zero-Onboarding UX: Iterated UI until strategic paths were identifiable in under 30 seconds by time-poor execs.

Scope Defense: Prevented feature creep by aligning all design decisions with core "Action-First" metrics.
